    I looked in the TM for the part # for the seal used on the shaft for shifting the transfer case and the TM does not show the seal or the shaft on the parts break down.

    Spring Brake light

    The 2nd from the left is the low air warning. If should go off around 60-70 psi. The 3rd light is the spring brake warning, pull the spring brake knob out and it should go out.

    I got around to putting on a new set of mud flaps from Fleet Engineers that I got for my M932A2. The mounts used the same holes as the stock mount. The stock mount were to close and keep eating up the bottom of the mud flaps. They are 3/4" and have a 5" offset and run about $70 for the set.

    I do not think a Het and a M915 will fit. the Het is over 40,000lbs. That will be a long drive at 45mph in the Het, LOL. I drove one about 500miles with Castle Bravo and that was a long 12 hours.

    Getting away from the selector valve is always a good idea. You are right about not needing all that fuel for what we use the trucks for. It sounds like a plan to me. Post some pics of what you end up doing.

    M936 A2 transfer case problem

    When I got my truck I could not shift the truck in to low and getting it back into high was a pain. I found that the shaft that the two shift arms ride on under the truck were loose and had a lot of play in them.

    That is a problem at Fontana,other places like Barstow they stay with you all the time. If it is not yours just keep your hands off it!!!!
