What I did was use a center punch to open it up, then used a little C clamp, then a metal bar and hammer. If you want 3-or 4 just pm with your address. That goes for jeepsinker also. I will have to find them, that maybe the hard parts. LOL

The only brass rivet that I know of is the one at the top of the window track at the front part of the door.

I have some, how many do you need 3 or4. PM me and I will send them off to you. I looked up the P/N one time on ebay and ran across a box of them.

I do not think you can put your finger into the transfer case, just look and see if you can see it. It is very hard to see, There is a gear in the way and very close to the opening. I like to see it about a 1/2" down or up to the opening.

Thanks for all the help, but I think I got the problem fixed. I upped the PSI of the truck to close to what it was when we picked up the truck and it started working the way it should. I can inflate and deflate the tires now.
