If they are actually bad, yes both. Why are you running a wire from the battery to the pump? Didn't you verify power to the pump quick disconnect? These are still available, but they can be quite costly. Not to mention the odds of all 3 failing together is slim.

This is on a 004 (my 003 isn't close by and I'm not motivated enough to put pants on to go to it). However same fuel pump. See the metal tube bolted to the chassis? That's the cap. Hope that helps

The switch should only click once per position you move it to, from what you described with 24 volt to the pump qd and no noise indicates a pump problem. A clogged pump may click very slowly. A gummed pump won't click at all. What you are hearing with the clicks is the plunger inside...

If you have 24volt at the quick disconnect wother the suppression capacitor is burnt out, the pump is jammed, or the pump is burnt out. The capacitor can be removed and bypassed (see Guys comment above). The pump needs further disassembly and cleaned Or pump needs replaced The...

Find the 2 main fuel pumps (one is to fill the tank). There is a quick disconnect, unplug it and see if you have 24 volts to chassis with the switch in run. If you have power pump needs help. No power we gotta dig deeper. Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

Test running the 803 in the house.

Means your 120 loads aren't balanced. You're close enough to not worry about it. The neutral carries the unbalanced load back to the head. Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

    MEP 803 A wiring help.

Noted, is it a safe assumption you are using it for backup use? If so you need to be sure you have a proper interlock (device preventing generator power from making to utility and vice versa)

    MEP 803 A wiring help.

Single phase 120\240. L0 is neutral. L1 a phase l3 b phase. Do you know what you're doing? Because there's a lot of ways to hook generators up wrong with very devastating results. Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

Mep004a cb1 trip caused by injector pump solenoid

Ok. So 1 of 2 things is happening, 1 it's reading in error and tripping or something is going wide open and sending the voltage high.

Mep004a cb1 trip caused by injector pump solenoid

Let's try something that's going to sound a bit silly, take the voltage adjust knob and rotated it's full span back and forth several times then set it to the lowest setting

Mep004a cb1 trip caused by injector pump solenoid

In the mean time, disconnect both wires and measure the coils resistance. Then measure the resistance from each post to the chassis. I'll do the same on a known good one.

It's replaceable. You can also have a weak cb

    003a breaker trips when loaded

You can get smaller vfds that are single phase output. Not sure how well that will play with a start run wound motor.
