Regardless of the level of insulation, given enough time anything can get extremely hot. The more insulation the longer the process takes. I have a 9kbtu mini split and it easily(less than 20% duty cycle) keeps the 20ft shipping container comfy during 90 degree temps in full sun.

What are you talking about the rims are 20" and the tires are 20"? Just a tiny bit of rubbing.

Look up eco hubs if you want highway use. Stock they are at redline at about 60mph.

You said back, but that's the middle differential. I haven't noticed a temp difference and have looked with a thermal camera. The middle differential does have some extra components and maybe it would be hotter if having to work harder to match the torque split (different tire inflation?)
