    That will work. Just remember to re bond it if it is ever used in a different configuration.

    The way you are setup (BTW awesome job with the interlock) the generator and the house both have the neutral and ground tied together (bonded). Since your interlock does not perform a switching action on the neutral the neutral and grounds are in parallel. this can lead to current being...

    Make sure the neutral and ground isn't bonded in the generator.

    My 004 was all prepped and ready to fly. Power in my neighborhood gets wonky at the first sigh of a squirrel fart. Didn't even have to start her up. My family refers to it as my personal form of hurricane repellant.
