DEUCE BRAKE LINE REFERENCE GUIDE (Sizes, lengths, fittings)

There are tons of different copper washer sets available on amazon. Just a matter of finding one that has the right sizes.

    Air assist repair.

Understood. Are you running an air dryer? All that rust is making me want to pop mine open and get a look in there.

    Air assist repair.

Thank you for sharing. Did you order the seal straight from the manufacturer?

    Bumper mounted vise

That might just be the perfect M35. Hydraulic winch and a crane.

Adding a TPMS to the M35

The tubing comes in a flattened roll in a little plastic cartridge same as regular labels. Then it pops open after your print your text on it.

Adding a TPMS to the M35

Some of them can print on heat shrink tubing too. I have a DYMO Rhino 4200 and that's my favorite feature on the thing. No more mystery wires.

Adding a TPMS to the M35

So I just discovered that they now sell wireless tire pressure and temp monitoring systems that you can use on any vehicle. They just stick on your dash like a GPS. I had no idea this even existed. Going to get one for my ranger and then maybe a nicer one for the M35. Anyone already have one...

Can't wait. Been drooling over those upgraded torque rod ends for a long time.

    M35A2 bumper extension brackets

Never seen one like that before. If they're not sold commercially you might be able to make some cash selling them.

So I bought me a Inclinometer

Just one left. I guess we bought the guy out.

    Those folding steps are awesome.

    Steering gear bushings

**** I don't blame you at that price. How do they stay in business? Only shop in town?

Aftermarket front axle inner seals / retainers?

That's good to hear. Plus the seal should be a modern part and so we'll be able to get new ones if they're ever needed. Also thanks for the info on the boots. I've been hesitating on buying those because of all the bad reviews for the chinesium ones.

Aftermarket front axle inner seals / retainers?

I came across these and was just wondering if they are good to go on a stock truck? Anyone used them? http://www.rockwelloffroad.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=106

    Steering gear bushings

Once again amazing info by rustystud! An alternative to this is to take the shaft and box to a machine shop and have them ream it. Last time I had this done it was only $50.

    Hydraulic fuses for brakes

That would make for a good youtube video. Will the truck stop? Will the driver manage to maintain sphincter control?
  19. Y

    Hydraulic fuses for brakes

Yeah that does sound like a good emergency backup. Just so I'm clear... Are pinion brakes supposed to be installed on each axle or just one of the rears?

    Hydraulic fuses for brakes

Most pinion brake kits I see online come with a little 12" rotor and a tiny toyota caliper. Would something like that really stop an M35 going 50mph?
