Go the extra effort and use the block heater, the hose type loose alot of heat, you will be very pleased with the block heater. I have mine on a timer, set it 3 hours prior to run time.

Check the vacuum lines, modulator and vacuum pump first, if they are good next would be the vacuum valve on the side of the injector pump, these go bad as well and are used to adjust the timing of the shifting.

Yes, it is in Ethan's yard. His dad will be there the first two weeks in October but he said arrangements can be made for it to be picked up there anytime. It should be roadworthy, good tires etc, still hooked up to the original tow vehicle. I appreciate the help, closer is closer!
