Scrap value is more then what was paid. Money cannot be lost on that one. Landing legs alone are worth the price. One landing leg crank handle originally came underneath the bed at each landing leg mount when new. You have to get underneath and you will sell the mounts for them. Each of those...
It is what it is. Just make the best of whatever you have.
Mine is 12v.
Worse part of it is the oil rushing up to the instrument panel. Fixed it three times and it still leaks. I'm in the market for a 12v electrical sensor and gauge. I would never consider going to a 24v system at this point...
Huh??? Great story like that, and then no pictures. :3dAngus:
I can't honestly say there is any one story behind my buying, but I can say there are several.
We're drooling here. Put up the pics. Welcome aboard the SS train.
OH, and BTW, I vote for college funding over the MV addiction any...
I spent the day finding a nut in the English Ivy.
After procrastinating on installing my windshield wiper motors, I decided to take it on today. Glad I did.
I realized, after buying electric windshield wipers, my vacumn wipers without wiper blade, worked perfectly. It was just not hooked up...
Those M-37s, especially the green ones, just always bring a smile to my face. I can just sit back, and look at it and smile.
I see why you love it so much.
My favorite of them all....
I might be needing one soon. I purchased a number of HMMWV tops just to see if they might be cut and sewn to fit, but it turns out it might be easier to just buy one.
Will you share your sources with us?
Hard to believe I haven't had this Deuce Bobber out since last October at the Ga. Rally.
One year is just to long, and even the three months between now and then is a long time.
Getting it out and ready. I'll be pulling the M101A2 on this trip for extra storage and camping in the back of the...
Welcome to the site. It is getting difficult to find trailers down there in that area. Around the panhandle in Eglin might be your best bet, but it makes for a long drive. I have sold several trailers down there in that area. If you have any questions about any of them and the differences, just...
The campground reservation lists no longer give accurate information as to how many sites are left for reservation, but we do know there is at least one campspot with electricity and water left. My guess is, there are a few more. The listing only shows one to two spots left through November...
NOt only 1 1/2", but the wheels would go on a deuce or a M105 if need be. It would definitely LOWER it.
It was my favorite trailer of all, alas, I needed the room, and still do for more new old stuff to come in.
Still hoping to get some room for a trailer with gen from a fellow member here...
I love these stories.
Amazing the US. Govt says it costs taxpayers about $1million each to bring home a US vehicle, but we can get the Iraqi/Russian vehicles back home for only $thousands.
Keep up the good work. Good thread read here.
Looks like the SS Express may be activated on this one. Good deal for all.
I'll be carrying down a few things for different people in a trailer, so if I can help out anyone else just give me a PM. Good place to meet and swap things out over the weekend. I'm off Exit 138 in Perry, Ga. I can...
This is amazing and surprising somewhat too, and probably correct, but I wouldn't know for sure. I thought I had seen some for less.
I do know when I bought my M109A3 I paid less then this for the whole thing.
So why do I post on it? Well, several members have been chiming in on the coming...
