That's not too bad. We had one with the floors rusted away and a used lawn mower blade holding the front and back halves together. It is now a very pretty M718.
It could be a leak in the solder joint of the radiator. Coolant can leak from the front, left side (oil cooler), or the right side (intake manifold) of the engine so be persistant and you'll find it eventually. I'd check in this order.

The 5 ton will haul more if you're looking for a real heavy duty work truck. For medium duty a deuce is fine. Parts for the deuces are plentiful. I agree on researching the cost of insurance, plates, etc. That may be the deciding factor.
