They are easy to install, the hardest part may be taking the 2 screws out that secure you current door handle. Once they are out, the handle just pulls out. Reinstall in reverse order.
If I recall there is a SS member that lives up there who help with pick ups. Maybe someone that remembers who it is can post his name. Or a search may bring it up.
Thanks for the tip, I'll give it a try. I bought a cheap plastic replacement and hooked up a air hose from the shop compressor (80psi) and blew the end off and almost got me in the nuts. **** it hurt.
Nice truck. Be careful and don't push it over its limits. Make sure the transfer case is in high, lol. Every few years we here someone doing a recovery and don't realize it's in low.
The red button on my air powered wiper motor is pushed and and I can not get it out. Any idea on how to get it to come out or am I up the creek and need a new one?
I don't think you need a cdl, but I do think you will need a class b license. If you do get a cdl, your license will be on a point system related to what type of moving violations you may get and also will not be able to take defensive driving. Btw, you won't be able to use that truck to take...
Nice looking truck. There is a thread that discusses registering MVs in Texas, it would be beneficial to read it so you'll be armed with knowledge when registering it. It can be very challenging trying to get these trucks registered.
