    M880 Towbar Adapter Questions

I have never used the adapters with an M880, but here are some pics of them. Looks like a 4 bolt install per side. Got 4 holes on each side of the bumber near the frame rails?

    Deuce for Shotgun Sports

I was at a sporting clays tournament over the weekend and spotted this deuce serving as one of the shooting platforms. They also had a bob deuce (w/ orginal dual tires) for another station. I thought these were the best shooting stands I have ever shot from. :D

maybe if the stars align and pigs fly

Some members around here will not appreciate you posting this info. Good luck getting your truck/trailer combo. I do have 6 M818s and 1 M52A2 for sale in Oklahoma. Have you spent much time driving a MV? They are certainly not the best choice for driving across Texas or the country to...

    Hurricane IKE M35's in use

In deep water I would prefer this 8x8 with a life raft on back!

Hard Top Modification for M66 Ring Mount.

The real funny thing is that I think it was a serious post! I think any of those field modifications would work.

    4 trucks, 1 trailer, 2 drivers

rofl I was trailing behind and when I saw the skid marks I was thinking the trailer parking brakes were on. Once I realized it was my precious M1009, I couldn't catch up to Tackett fast enough! No worries though. It was only a hundred yards or so and there is still tread left on...

M919 pickup needed at Lansing MI

It would be a big load for a 5 ton. The M919 weighs about 37,000#. It is a BIG truck!

    4 trucks, 1 trailer, 2 drivers

Everything towed really well. I was concerned about having problems cornering, especially with the 5 ton, so we spent 5 minutes driving circles and figure 8's around the lot. Once we had the steering joints warmed up and were satisfied that corners would be fine, we headed home. No problems...

M919 pickup needed at Lansing MI

You will like having the horsepower, the 75,000 GVW, the 16 speeds, the exhaust brake, the air brakes, etc. etc. Here is a picture of my M919 with HEMTT 2500 gallon tank sitting on it. The exhaust sounds great (Especially the engine brake!!!) through that chrome stack. I'll probably add...

    M872 - My new GL trailer! :)

Great buy! You couldn't steal a trailer much cheaper than that!

M919 pickup needed at Lansing MI

Nice acquisition Reb! I was watching those but I ended up bidding on the M918s in Louisiana. I did end up with a spare tranny if you need it.

    4 trucks, 1 trailer, 2 drivers

We stopped by Tinker AFB this morning to collect a few things. When you are short on manpower, you have to be resourceful. With 2 drivers, we were able to get 3 M818s, the M1009 and the M101A2 home without a hitch. I have 2 more M818s left to get on another trip. Special thanks to Tackettr...

    M35A3 Combat Rims

I have 3 more deuces I need to single out. What is the price on the A3 wheels and what is current price on your custom ones?

    M35A3 Combat Rims

Do you know why the OD wheels are designed to be MPT when it seems most people are using them to run 15.5 or 395/85 tires?

    M35A3 Combat Rims

G.- Isn't the tire bead different on the 14R20 vs. 14.5R20? I thought the standard tires would mount on the A3 wheel but might look a little goofy at the bead. Is that right?

Anyone picking up at Ft Sill in October 2008?

I just got back from Fort Sill this afternoon. :( I was there picking up an M101 and I could have easily gotten it for you. I am very sorry. Maybe someone else can speak up and help out.
