I have never used the adapters with an M880, but here are some pics of them. Looks like a 4 bolt install per side. Got 4 holes on each side of the bumber near the frame rails?
I was at a sporting clays tournament over the weekend and spotted this deuce serving as one of the shooting platforms. They also had a bob deuce (w/ orginal dual tires) for another station. I thought these were the best shooting stands I have ever shot from. :D

Everything towed really well. I was concerned about having problems cornering, especially with the 5 ton, so we spent 5 minutes driving circles and figure 8's around the lot. Once we had the steering joints warmed up and were satisfied that corners would be fine, we headed home. No problems...

Isn't the tire bead different on the 14R20 vs. 14.5R20? I thought the standard tires would mount on the A3 wheel but might look a little goofy at the bead. Is that right?
I just got back from Fort Sill this afternoon. :( I was there picking up an M101 and I could have easily gotten it for you. I am very sorry. Maybe someone else can speak up and help out.
