if you read the Eccotemp web site the L5 has a "> 20 minute auto safety shut off timer". it is the last line of the product discription. after that you have to turn off the water (or collant) for a few seconds then turn it back on. rosco may can tell you what brand of "LP fired engine tank...
for the late 60 on the deuces have 2 basic under the hood cab heaters that i know of. one is a collant heater that gets it heat from the radiator and is only as hot as the collant. then there is the fuel fired heater that gets it fuel from the fuel tank and heats up fast and hot. i have a...
i had the batteries die in one of my deuces (not Optima's). i am getting 2 more Optima's and install them. i have had Optima's in my M109a3 for a couple of years and i love it. i am going to move those to the M35a2 and put the new ones in the M109a3. i am replacing the rusted out metal...
thanks for the help. i think i bought some extra 9.00x20 flaps last year just in case. i have to dig through all the spare parts in boxes to see. my thought was tubes are somewhat standard for tires, if i ever had tire trouble on any of my 3 deuces. but the flaps might come in handy.
after reading several threads i have not got a yes or no answer, just probably, should or should not. tire flaps, are they the same for the same rim or are they different of each tire? on regular deuce rims are they the same for 9.00x20, 11.00x20, 14.00x20 and 395's? i am trying to come up...
extra battery (cheapest deep cycle) to a 12 volt plug in wth a all weater cap like in a boat, so you can remove the heater before driving driving. i don't think the heaters are weather proof. lift the hood and plug in the heater while the engine is alrady hot, that way the heater just has to...
i live on the Texas Gulf Coast and it does not get that cold here (but we get hurricanes). just thinking outloud, if you ran a seperate battery you put a 12 volt ceramic heater under the hood while at work then either have it charge while yo drive or put a onboard boat battery charger to it for...
i have the L10 perminate mount one on that page and i love it for my outdoor shower. i have a hose straight off my well to the heater and then to a shower head over a 300 watering trough. BUT, do some more research because thepropane on mine shuts off after 17 minutes and you have to turn off...
the cut out is metal, but the window frame around the glass is wood (i think) on my. i had the same issue on some of mine a couple of years ago but i found someone selling replacements and went that way. but i have not seen any replacement windows in a LOOOONG time. i still have the broken one...
are you looking to replace your headlights or add extra off road lights and are they sealed like the LED head lights? i bought a pair of the 7" route clearance lights that mount like fog lights and i could take a picture of the mount, if you need to fab some.
there was a post on here that said the "Monroe-66104-Gas-Magnum-Suspension-Absorber" were the ones you need. i don't have the post but i saved the amazon.com page in my favorites. i have not tried it so do your own research. i have been wrong one time (or 1,000,000)
i just know because i bought 2 sets of LED headlights and 2 set of new buckets rescently and it said 7" in the title. other than that i would not have known.
