copper can handle propane no problem - you have to be more careful if using compression fittings not to create a leak by over-tightening them.

propane is simple - you just have to take care with it and double/triple check for leaks. use the correct pressure regulator(s) and don't let tany of the pressure lines rub on anything.
I would recommend using the gas-pex as the flex line is easy to use and the fittings are very easily leak...
it's been stated in many threads - the regulator is not necessary for the deuces 120psi system. I believe there was even a maintenance update to remove it from the equipment.
half of an empty deuces weight is on the front 2 tires. thats ~4000 lbs per tire
durango's curb weight is 4400lbs so thats 1100 lbs per tire.

only dual mass flywheels I've ever seen were for high RPM applications. the purpose being to lighten the rotating mass. the "dual" portion comes in because you don't want aluminum as your friction surface so an inlay of iron is used.
