That reel comes in handy if you're ever rolling up 50' of cable from a campground hookup.
Be sure to secure all of them as I've often found tool boxes and other accessories are not bolted to the trailers.

Is the circuit interrupter light coming on?
Mine has done that several times. I now keep a string of outdoor lights (under 10a) to run from the convenience outlet since I usually power up in darkness. My breaker panel is nearby so I power everything off and toggle the AC circuit interrupter...

Sounds like you're ready to go. It's good therapy to read this post as I've had many experiences where I've won an auction at the opening minimum bid and then spent hours (or days) trying to figure out the recovery logistics. $25 investment is a good day imo.
I have a few questions on wiring and before I cook anything on my recently acquired S-250 shelter, I figured it's best to post.
The outside plug says 120VAC GEN PWR
The wiring from that goes to the main breaker inside the unit.
It's an Airpax 4 pole 60 amp breaker.
