Glad you made it ok. Contray to what it sounds like, he has a very nice plow truck. I'm just glad the truck pull started ok and you make it home. Was a little worried about it starting if you turned it off.

Well.... AMgeneral is talking about bringing his 915 with trailer. Maybe something could be worked out? Thinking that gets you around 45,000lbs. Richmond is pretty close, could almost drive them that far.
Not sure why I get the surge of power when the filters are starting to plug up. Only thing I can thing of is the return line is restricted in some way by dirty filters, increasing the fuel pressure in the filters. That would cause more fuel to be pushed into the IP.
UMO will smoke a little more than diesel, but not much. If you have lots of smoke and power, the egts are up and the engine is getting more fuel.
I also run 100% oil. If I am smoking a lot and excess power, the filters are plugging up. Usually about 100 miles after the smoke, it will start...
