I would also go with the flywheel balance or the engine mount possibly collapsing. Ben working on engines professionally for 24 yrs and can say that it happens once in a while to have a crank-rod or piston slightly out of balance just enough to cause a shudder. GM had a problem some yrs. ago...
I was thinking that it would be pretty cool if they were painted battleship grey or navy blue with yellow numbers and letters. But I guess they're not supposed to be pretty so what the heck.:twisted:
I'm assuming the Navy used deuces and was wandering if anyone had pictures of them or knows where to find some pics. Just interested what they might be painted like. If you have pics please post them.

I checked with a NAPA rep. about some dot 5 being purple and some yellow when new and after he checked he told me it was ok to mix and the color diff. was because it was from 2 different manufacturers. I mixed the two and have had no problems.:twisted:
