I would stick with the 4'' lift and I would not do 35'' tires. I put at 4'' ORD lift on my m1009 and some 33x12.5R15 on the original rims and it works great. I would
not go with a 3'' lift because, with a flexey lift like BDS or ORD, you will still rub those 33s with a 4'' lift.
My passenger seat bracket is in need of replacement. Its bent and broken and just all around sucktacular.

The low coolant light on my 1009 was intermittently coming on for a while and now it's on permanently. There is plenty of coolant in the radiator and the overflow jug, what causes this? Should I replace the sensor, clean it, or any other super secret tricks I should know about?

I just finished my ORD 4'' lift and I did not drop the transfer case. I had driveshaft vibrations so I used 6 degree shims to shim the rear diff DOWN to make the transfer case and diff on parallel planes. This solved my vibration issues.
