My New M35A3 has a WV title, and on the title it lists the manufacturer as "Gene." I believe that is an abbreviation of something. There is also a "TK" below it on the next line. SO my question, is given how A3's were essentially re-manufactured, who is the manufacturer of my vehicle? Thanks...

Current list of Seabee vehicles Now I am leaning toward making my M35A3 into a Seabee vehicle. It would be kind of neat since I am USNR now, and it seems the marines don't use them anymore. Of course i could go with any paint scheme, but the truck is so new i would like to make it something up...

Does anybody have any photos of a Seabee M35AX? I think I have seen them on Coronado before.

Milspay won't sell CARC without a government purchase order. They would not even sell to me with a mil ID. Anyway, the substitute is the same, it just wont hold up in a chemical weapons attack. But it will stick to sanded CARC, but wear breathing protection when you sand or pain the stuff.

they are part of the central tire inflation system. You can adjust the tire pressure from inside the cab for different loads and different terrain.

its a 1999 M35A3 and She's got the CAT turbo engine, tire inflation control system, 5000K on odometer, (a lot of other stuff im not familiar with) and is in really good shape. The engine looks new!

Well, I am on 2nd street but I keep the truck at my dad's warehouse in costa mesa near the airport. There are a lot of things on that truck that I have no idea how to use, especially the tire inflation system. But it all works and has the CAT turbo motor, with only 5000K on it.

Hmmm...well its the truck used in my avitar. Would you recommend just touching up the rough spots then (as pictured), as if I understand you correctly, all branches of service that used the ruck would have the same paint scheme? It would only be some markings that would designate the branch...

meaning From what I have read in manuals, it seems the plates are to designate the weight of the truck and cargo, so as to rate it for bridge crossings. Have not figured out what the code is tho.

I have a new Bridge Sign plate kit for my m35a3. I can see from pictures where it should be placed in the grill, but I am wondering about its significance. What is it for? Is there a code to the numbering and lettering system used on the signs? Sorry, I am Navy and don't have a clue. Thanks.
