Well talked to a guy today who said he has most of the parts to rebuild one but he could only give me a guess as to how much it would cost to rebuild. I would say that it is likely air. Try bleeding it right after shutting down and see if it has air in the secondaries. If so I would say your primary is sucking in some air, reseat bowl and try again... even if you have no leaks does not keep air from getting in... trust me... ask me how I know...
