I have seen good ones that were decent drivers and no rust, good paint, sell for $5K. Perfectly restored ones for $10-12K. Highest I have ever seen was a museum quality example sold for $26,000.

I bought a laundry trailer with an MEP-003a on it, between the time the pics were posted on GL and the time I picked it up, a number of parts were removed from it. I got the replacement parts from Coleman's off some junkers in the back lot, I built it up, and it worked fine.

Nothing like getting even the ancillary equipment back up to mil-spec, ready for duty!
The military is getting rid of the older-line M871 and M872 flatbed trailers, the 3-axles jobbies, that were issued 30 years ago. Once in a while an older Cold War-era M127 stake trailer comes up that the 871s replaced, but for the most part these older flatbed haulers are all going away...
As always, had a great time at RC. If you like rock crawling, short of driving all the way out to Moab in Utah, Rausch Creek is the best there is on the East Coast. Were covering more and more routes there with the big trucks. We were unable to do Matt's newly scouted trails on Saturday due...
