I am near Warner Robins and could assist if you decide to do the recovery yourself and would be willing to help drive if necessary. Always ready to help and there are plenty of us members along the way too!!

Saddamsnightmare:
The cop was at least nice enough to call before trying to tow it because he knew I would have been pissed. He would have been correct in assuming that! Second he explained that because I was in a "turn lane" with no-parking signs along the road.(1 every 20ft) The law is, no...

Here is what I found....
1. supply line kinked..... opened up a little more with a big philips screwdriver from inside...gently.
2. turned on pump and it pushed fuel but fuel was more water and sludge than actual fuel....hooked up lines
3...
I had tried bleeding the air out of the system as described above at the petcocks. I was not getting anything due to a kink in the line between tank and primary pump....little bit of sludge in the line....I have the fuel thinned now down to about 75% desiel to oil....I am headed out to the truck...
I got my filters from OD Iron> not quite same as came out but should do the trick...no clue on micron....most stuff coming out of line was the whitish WVO sludging up the line.
At least that is what it looked like!

Will try...may have to pull batts and take home to charge before cranking to much more.... I hope it is simple and cheap....I have blown all my paycheck on Christmas and the mortgage...none left for parts!!! at least not till after Christmas....
I am in need of assistance...if I cannot get her running where she sits I need a tow home...only about 5 miles from where she sits. I have been running cooking oil mixed with WMO and some gas. She has run fine till today. She was very hard to crank this afternoon on my way to work but once...

Since I use mine as a daily driver my friends and coworkers have stopped asking the "are you crazy?" and "what you gonna do with it?" questions and have accepted the fact that I am certifiable and they let me be!!! I love driving it and it makes me smile when I pull up to family...
I am running 100% WMO and some cooking oil mixed....cooking oil cuts the smell of burning oil!!
Only issue I have found is it is DEC in GA and the temps are fluctuating from 50F to 34F on and off and some times it will spike up to 75F. It makes starting a little less like adeuce and more like...
Ever thought of using a M36 and just putting a standard M35 bed on it after you put a crew cab on??? I am not too fond of the 105 beds and was thinking that would be a way of keeping it more like a deuce and it would almost look stock that way.... Just a thought...maybe not enough room or too...
