If the M37 is 100% 24v.? you can get a "Converter" 24v step down to 12v. they run around $15-$50 depending on what you need it for. Do a search on here about Converters i seen a few threads.

Heres my sound system install in my M1009. Dual purpose and no cutting on the dash. The entire set up can be removed in 5 mins. 4-speakers,1-sub,1-amp,1-stereo. I built and installed all this in 2 hrs.

You still dont have to cut any wires. Mines on push button only. I pulled the Glowplug module out and I did everything in the diagram i posted. Im using AC60g glow plugs. I turn the key on and push the button for 3 seconds 3 times each for a cold start and the truck fires up everytime.
