Hi Henrik!
i use the color code NATO green. This was the USA Army exact color for Europen forces plus it matches all the NATO armies.
Hoes things in sweden? I'm coming up there this summer to see a house for sale.
If you follow the heater tube hoses to the motor you will finds valves. Close them and that will stop some of heat in the cab but very little. Unlike our cars these trucks have no insulation on the bulkheads, floors and etc. The heat from the motor and etc passes into the cab.
Sppedmon. I came here the first time 25 years ago and at that time there were still sights undesovered and helmets shells and other artifacts. I would see them and just leave them there for others to discover and enjoy. Today all those things have been picked clean and people are selling them...
I rented 6 of my trucks this last weekend to haul "troupes" from one battle zone to the other. I had no idea this sport was so popular. These guys spend hundreds to thousands of Euros on their weapons, clothing, and etc.. The USA forces were against European forces and the US won! Some of these...
Thanks for the heads up Coffey. I checked the bolts and some were a little lose but not enough to cause it to leak this much. I had some time today and got the flash light between the shroud and the radiator and can see some coloration on the fins but not running water. I must remove the shroud...
Thanks Coffey1. This was one of my concerns. Man it would be nice if that was all it is to fix! The radiator is new as the motor too for the truck was recently rebuild by the army.
Thanks again.
The cap is new for the old one was releasing to easy. With the truck running and removing the cap there is the normal pressure release. I'm afraid it's a tube behind the fan shroud. I must get the shroud off and look in the bottom lower corner. I can only see the water dripping from a tray below...
Thanks Pete. No bubbles with the cap of motor running. I hope to remove the shroud on the radiator so I can see the drivers side corner. Maybe there is a tube broken.
Thanks again Pete.
Last Sunday I had my A1 and A2 out on a soft air tournament rental. The A1 started leaking just a little bit. The leak is coming from the tray below the radiator. I can see no direct leaks from the radiator. The upper and lower hoses are dry.
One thing strange is it will only leak when running...
I hear you on the cash flow thing with your friend. I'm going to be lucky to get A/C on it this year. Next year I start thinking about further RV modifications.
My kids think it's out of this world and tickeld pink at the thought of going camping in it.
The right side actually opened pretty good. My son of 9 years old was enough help. The left side was a little more difficult so I had to employ the help of my little 7 year old girl with my son but got her done.
I also hit the pin to give it a little more play plus the lube.
Im glad we could help. That's why we are all part if the club. 2 years ago I had the same problem and I had help from 50 people in 12 hours! I'm still in touch with many of them and will never forget their help they gave me.
Stay...
