try a degreaser....it is probably a grease pencil.... or chalk.....then try any heavy duty cleaner. If that does not work. light fine sandpaper and touch up paint. or scotchbrite... havent tried any of these methods yet so don't trully know if they will work...but you can always repaint as worst...

A little further investigation and I found that the vent was stuck.....in fact I think all my vents are bad....almost all my cases have seal seeps or leaks.... anyone know where to find them to buy?
