if its the front, its probably the caliper leaking, if rear its the wheel cylinder. the seals inside them are probably shot from age, once you get this one done you can expect to do the others in the next few years.
on that new relay you put in, do you hear a click when you turn the key to run? the blue wire should not have power, its a ground (the controller switches the ground to activate the plugs, as the power wire is ignition hot.)
look at M1075's post a bit further up and you will see the pic of the controller. The card is inside the black plastic box. Pull it out and look for burnt marks or leaking capacitors.
ah, you mean the transmission. Its a GM TH400. its a very common transmission from that vintage, many online parts houses should have what you need. Give http://www.transmissionparts.com/ a try.
clank means change the ujoints really soon.
if trans fluid is coming from the rear of the tcase, that seal can be done with it in the truck. (its a 15min job)
leaking from the pinion is not a hard seal to replace (other than getting the pinion nut off).
The dually hubs are on his dually work truck ;)
He just used it to guage the track width with the hmmwv rims on it.
I have the pics on my camera, will upload them tonight after i get home from work at about 3am :D
