Shipping labels, looking in the glove box and paintings on the side are ways to try to figure it out. On site inspections are a must then. Thanks for all the good info guys. :-D
Once in a while when looking at a desert camo truck you'll see where the triangle was painted over on the door, and that probably dosen't always mean it was over there.
I was wondering if there is a way to find out prior to a sale if a truck has been over to the middle east and back? I think it would be great to own a truck that I knew had been deployed. :-D
All the more reason to run with headlights on during the day. I'm sure the attorney could of still come up with some argument though. I live in a state where we have no-fault, but attorneys still try to come with with ways around it.
Welcome from Da UP!! You'll like this site, and you'll probably run into someone who will make fun of you like any community. Just let that <1% roll off your back and enjoy the wealth of knowledge and good folks here.
Not a problem, I know how it goes. Appriciate you getting the tow bars. I'll pm you the address. Plan on getting some wine to take to your reception.
It's always possible I'll be headed to Ft. McCoy if I win a auction. I'm in the UP, and head down state every so often, so a chance I might be able to help. I'll let you know if I'm headed down your way.
When running 100% WVO or WMO pre-heated, is anyone using the stock filter, or changed to a different filter? I found on my dodge I had to use a non water separator at 5 micron worked best. Haven't changed my cucv over yet, but going to this winter.
Thanks much for the help, and if something happens and it dosen't work out don't put yourself out. If you don't drink wine then we'll figure something out, your time and equipment is worth a lot. Maybe if you buy something at Ft. McCoy I can get it back to my place and figure out how to work...
I'm 10 miles south of US-2. If it worked out I could meet you up on 2 and unload you there. If you like wine you can down to the farm and I'll make it worth the your while
