Can MRAP wheels be mounted "deep dish" style without flipping hubs?

I'm wanting to see pictures of MRAP wheels with valve stems on the dish side. Cant the spuds be loosened and rotated 180* or with a straight (short) valve stem?

    5 Ton Lug Nut Torque

I got one of the 1:78 ratio, I'm sure it will come in handy if I blow a tire in the middle of nowhere.... its HEAVY, but the metal seems cheap...

    Bone headed Winch move

Good, I don't think anything is in a bind, the drum turns easy, everything engages smooth, the drum lock could go in a little deeper. I know I just let the clutch out too fast in low range with winch in rev, to feed out (while several feet where laid out already). The shear pin was already in a...

Threatened fail on state inspection no cats

The Texas FMV Laws are the only reason I own my deuce, no inspections, no plates.... and my cat loves it. I never realized how much room is under the bed... amazing, cat wonderland. But anyway, I was a little shocked at first about "not" having to be inspected, and that makes me want to keep my...

    Winch drain plug tool size?

Also posted in the "what have I done with my deuce today", but I wanted to note here also, that I was successful with my efforts to get the winch fill plug out. Now I have another custom deuce tool.

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Made a nice tool from an old 1/2" extension, it was made back when metal was metal. Sharpened it up nice, drove it in good and tight, and POP, she let go. (I thought I had broken something) but it was the worm drive side of my winch, fill plug, finally giving in and letting me win. Now i'm sure...

    Winch drain plug tool size?

Old Post.... but can you buy these winch plugs? Mine are 3/8" square. I did get one loose on the top, the other top is soaking in PB, after some paint remover, and a couple of broken tools. aua

What did you do to your deuce this week?

.... spent a few hours breaking tools. Trying to get the drivers side fill plug out of the winch... 3/8" square ends twist off pretty easy in the worn out slop hole... using good tools to make "home made" tools. Welding an extension into a socket to make a tool I didn't have... Soaking PB...

    Motor can size

So, it would be no big deal to use the metal for other projects.... cool.

    Motor can size

Late night cruising.... I have a full engine crate from an LDT-465. It has the bell housing piece and the front legs. Don't know if anyone needs it, or should I make a **** of a meat smoker out of it...?

    Bad day in Oshkosh

    Bad day in Oshkosh

That model (like most F-16's) is not equipped with a chute... It is designed to be a disposable aircraft, not intended for 2,000+ airframe hours. This aircraft also has small brakes, especially early versions. and the runway over-run area is "grubbed" for this very reason, like a run away trucks...

I'm Thinking About Buying A Tank

It would make a nice "floatie" out at the lake....

    Changing the Air Compressor belt

You may have to re-tighten it, the belt I put on stretched some. I didn't have the proper tool, but after loosening the two bolts, I was shocked that the halves turned easily (after being canned since 92) and a little PB blaster before I ever touched it. I was able to hold the belt up and spin...
