$1.58 tubing finally fixed my doors. No more slamming.

    PEX works much better.

I'll confirm that 1/2" PVC will NOT work. Back to Home Depot to get PEX...

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

Does that stop it from bouncing? What's the trick?

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

I replaced the slip yoke on the NP205 along with the bent driveshaft. It's nice to ride around without a seat massage.

I'm planning on doing the same with mine. Did you have to cut the fenders for the tires?

    1028 no start

    No rear lights

This was the problem. Thanks for the advice. Every single wire was cut and tucked into the frame. I found and fixed two bad bulbs but now I have all the running lights, turn signals, brake lights, and reverse lights working! Now to reinstall the dash and charge the batteries from all the...

    No rear lights

Great suggestion. I found a bunch of cut wires back there. I'll look up the diagram and see what's going on.

    No rear lights

    No rear lights

I have a switch on the dash for the lights but I don't have a rear bumper if there were any there. Where do I need to look?
