Hello SS members I went on my first recovery this Thursday with my Good Friend Trailboss (he sold me my first deuce) we went to camp shelby to recover his 5-ton 818 I have never been to a military base so this was a first for me . needless to say i thought i had died and went to MV heaven ...
I am in the same boat as you , been checking ebay alot and there seems to be alot of weatherstripping for the deuce on there also .OD iron has quality stuff beem spending alot of money with them latley . i need all the weather stripping for both doors and the windows.
I would have to agree with PaPa bear , Its been a long time sense I have meet a family as polite and caring as Mr.Tim and Mrs Pam I had a great time and met alot of nice and wonderful people and the food was awesome .I dont know who that deuce belongs to in that pic but it sure looks good :-D

Well today I went out to trailbosses place and got my green iron :-D
I have to say the truck kicked my butt , My feet keep cramping up my legs hurt from shifting been a few years sense i drove a manuel , all in all it was a great ride home lots of waves and thumbs ups even a few cops waved ...
ok i got the beans , and will bring some bags of chips and some other goodies. I will be following wehring up there also. Woo-hoo first road trip in the deuce.
