I have used 16" Ford rims, IIRC they were a little wider than the dodge 16" steelies.
The center hole from the Chevy's is too small @ 4-3/4, Need 4-7/8 to clear the rear hub.
The military Dodge has 28v generators in addition to the 12v sytem
Those versions had 3 batteries, 1 for the truck & 2 for the 24v radio system
(your typical 12v system has a 14v alternator and the 24v system has a 28v generator.)

You'll need a 78/79 steering column to go with the rest of those steering parts. or cut & weld yours.
the 77 has a reverse rotation steering box the 79 is std rotation, it can work, just have to change all the steering parts with it.
I have way too many vehicles & misc spare parts mainly because "that's a really good deal I'll take it!"
I may be getting better! Yesterday I passed on a free wheel & tire for a civi jeep, even passed on a pair of NOS Deuce fenders for $100, but I did take the free rusty bottom Deuce battery...
