M923A2 regulating the modulator on the radiator fan..

The 8,3 is a newer design motor made to meet smog regulations and there for shoud run hotter to brun cleaner. Cold motor burns more fuel and burns it bad. The only way you can verify the fan working is open the hood, pull out the throttle and wait. If you havev a laser temp monitor you can verfy...

How do I know if my M927 was rebuilt

One of the MV trucks I own a M923A2 was re painted at a private body shop contracter. The work was shameful at best. I contacted a logistics officer I know at a US base in Italy and he confirmed the US Army must use them for they have more work then they have men that can perform it.

WOW did you hit the nail on the head. I have been going crazy trying to figure out the army's logic in this. In europe I see 98% desert tan with black lettering but I have seen some old M35's with white. These trucks have been setting for 10 to 15 years though. What I cant figure out is the...

The M923A2 turns on slow as not with a burst. The M931A1 has never heated up enough to see it turn on! The old 250 runs allot cooler than the 8,3

    m939 fan clutch actuator

I have problems with mine on the M923A2. It turns on late. I think it can be adjusted to turn on at lower temperture or higher. I have checked the TM and found little to nothing. Does anyone know how to adjust them?
