Question #3 Since the M923 doesn't have ABS breaks. Can you put it in neutral and then lock the breakes w/o the motor turning of losing power steering? I have read a few posts that suggested this but never got an answer.

#2 Question I have searched lockers and I don't think M923s have them. Also I learned that you don't want to weld the spider gears because the truck is heavy and can cause damage to the axle. Also I believe they don't make Air lockers for the 5 tons. So do they make E lockers or is a Detroit...

Where can I find a hard copy of the TM for an M923. I looked at the TM on SS and don't see one for the M923. I would like to have both electronic copy and hard copy of the TM. So, where can I find one?

I mean with out a fording kit on the truck as it is can water ford into water reaching the cab and still run. But later will need the fluids replaced.

so in an emergency it should water ford well when water fills the cab and wont stall? you just need to change out the fluids later?
