Did you try swapping the air lines . There was a post a few weeks back were the lines from the Depot were swapped and had a simular problem. Just a thought.
Do yourself a hugh favor and replace the fuel line from the filter to the pump on the engine. Its a AN10 ends and you can go 1/2 or 3/8 hose. They are known for cracking and loosing prime and making them really hard starting. I just replaced mine a few weeks back and the best money I have spent...
Are you sure your rear axles are just not out left to right instead of front to back ?Its normal for a deuce and 5 tons to have the axles move left to right arount 2 "s its seen more in the middle axle than the rear. they move like that under hard turning and make lovely noise lol .

The truck seems to take forever to warm up. I have blocked the radiator with cardboard but even then it just will hit 190 on the gauge if im lucky. I didn't know if moving 1 of the hoses to the water pump would add heat to the unit ? Fan runs all the time .Is it on a air clutch like the m920 ...
Ok After doing several searches I haven't really found my answers. I have a Coolant heater in my M813 on a 30 degree day I may be lucky to see mid 50s in the cab ( I know these trucks are leaky and have no insulation ) So I'm wondering if thats the best I can expect ? also how hard of a job is...
Would also be interested in a spare generator and If there is a good radiator ? I'll be up in Aberdeen tomorrow , Not sure if thats near you or not. I'll PM you my # .
Thank you
Jim
