If you look carefully in the gearbox output shaft were your pitman arm comes out , you will see a faint line. You need to line that up with the line on the pitman arm. Also the output shaft has a slight taper to it so you will need a impact to seat it . Hope this helps !

You dont have to take anywere that much appart to take the radiator out.3 hoses ,and Its only the 2 studs on the bottom that the 3/4 nuts come off And the upper Radiator bracket . If the fan is out just wiggle and pull up and out !

I didnt bring a camara that day ( Took it to a 100000 SQ FT Shop to do the work in since they had a crane and a bit of heat since it was snowing that day) I thought it was going to be a 2 hr easy job. I'll take Pic's of the Rebuild of the old box though.
