1: you better NOT be adding blocks to the front springs... That is a DOT no no and if you get busted your going to get it.
2: just get a 4 inch lift kit. That way you don't have to trim and it will come will all the parts needed (shocks, steering arm, rear blocks and shims, front spring...
both of the two posts are spot on. You will grove a fly wheel with the "new" style. If you are a clutch rider in truck of any size go back to your mama's Honda and leave the Truck drivin to the big boys.
Then my friend you have some issues. Autozone can NOT test a 24V starter. I hate to say it but no one is really going to be able to tell you whats wrong with out looking at it. They will tell you to clean this and check that but the TM is going to be your best friend. Start tracing the charging...
so has your cucv been converted to 12V? you stated both batteries at 12 volts...... and the starter was tested at autozone so I take it its 12 volts...... tell us more.
If it is NOT 12V the rear battery should show 24 volts and 28 ish while running. you stated there are two alternators in the...
Broken fingers could mean the clutch was mis adjusted to the point of over extending the fingers (IE bearing travel too far ) you only need enough movement to disengage the clutch disk.. no need to push it in to the fly wheel.
