i'm not sure you'll need different screens - choose the right colors it will display on several different shirt colors. personally, i don't see why the current design and screen colors wouldn't work on a black, grey, or tan shirt. obviously, if you wanted to do a green shirt, the screen colors...

chuck, i think there's a gap between what you are saying and what Tom is saying.
when you spoke of slipping the clutch, you also mentioned applying engine throttle.
when Tom speaks of not slipping the clutch (as have i), he is just talking about easing the clutch out with the engine at idle...
that's something that you can't measure, whether rolling or stopped. any gear is only going to see the maximum torque that the engine is putting out when the clutch is engaged.
however, getting the clutch engaged is the infinite variability. as was already mentioned on this thread several...
