Bill,
I keep thinking, you need to get a M36 or even a M814 to put the 109 body on and build a crew cab M109. maybe that'll satisfy the family requirement.
I am interested in more detail on the dual exhaust set up.
my bed plans leave some space between the bed & cab. I have been toying with the idea of dual stacks, but haven't come up with a good plan to get over / under the frame rails yet.
I have seen the same pics used in different auctions.
People have seen pics of the trucks they already have at home, being used on current auctions.
Unfortunately you can not trust the pics or descriptions in the GL auctions.
Read their rules, they even admit that fact in writing.
I trust my M880's and I know how to keep them going.
Haven't had a CUCV, they are more pricey than the blacksheep 880's.
I would love to have a M1009, but I have an SUV already ('01 Cherokee with over 150k on the clock.)
If you buy an M880 series that has been sitting, you will have many of the...
I've seen the yellow 69 alot
At the big Grayling Auction last year there were dozens of trucks with the 69, I thought it was just some perv being funny.
Looks like a decent truck, not sure if wood on the steel bed is a good idea though, trapping moisture.

The NAPA 1060 anti...
Well,
I could say use the SEARCH function to find where I've posted this link b-4
but I bet you did search to come up with this 2 1/2 year old thread.
here's the link.
Michener's - Truck & Car Tubes
I received quick & friendly service.
date codes are 4 digits now a days
i.e. 4302 = 43rd week of 2002
Untill this century they were 3 digit
i.e. 438 = 43rd week of 1998 or 1988 or 1978 or 1968 or who knows
So with the 3 digit you really have no idea how old it is.
With the NDCC or NDT's which are bias ply and were designed to last...
395's were never correct for a Deuce.
Do 'er up in that '70's paint, & put your tire of choice on.
I was considering Vietnam era green for it, no yellow though.
The solution is so simple.........I don'tknow why it hasn't been mentioned,,,,,,,,,,
Just buy a M35A2 and a M109A3 & then you don't need to fab up a big ole stand or buy expensive jack system. [thumbzup]
Usually if the FDC is bypassed, there will be stickers stating such on the oil filter housings, bypass lines visable. and "Diesel Fuel Only " stenciled on the fuel tank. I bet there is a pic on here somewhere showing what it looks like.
