Who could move a truck from MI to CA

Bill, I keep thinking, you need to get a M36 or even a M814 to put the 109 body on and build a crew cab M109. maybe that'll satisfy the family requirement.

    My step side Bob deuce

I am interested in more detail on the dual exhaust set up. my bed plans leave some space between the bed & cab. I have been toying with the idea of dual stacks, but haven't come up with a good plan to get over / under the frame rails yet.

Cucv up for auction more than one time...

I have seen the same pics used in different auctions. People have seen pics of the trucks they already have at home, being used on current auctions. Unfortunately you can not trust the pics or descriptions in the GL auctions. Read their rules, they even admit that fact in writing.

    Tow Chains for the Deuce

Exactly! Very important even when not jerking on it. be it a chain, cable, strap, rope doesn't matter.

Time for a no nonsense, come to Jesus moment, about m1009

I trust my M880's and I know how to keep them going. Haven't had a CUCV, they are more pricey than the blacksheep 880's. I would love to have a M1009, but I have an SUV already ('01 Cherokee with over 150k on the clock.) If you buy an M880 series that has been sitting, you will have many of the...

I'm gonna pick up a Deuce on Tuesday!

I've seen the yellow 69 alot  At the big Grayling Auction last year there were dozens of trucks with the 69, I thought it was just some perv being funny. Looks like a decent truck, not sure if wood on the steel bed is a good idea though, trapping moisture.

Westfolk's Steel Oil Spin On Adapters

I was looking at the two options, and was researching the filters. The ones jatonka has pictured in his ad NAPA 1458, are listed as having a bypass valve with a 13-19 psi rating ( anti drain back also) With a 13-19 psi bypass valve setting, how much oil is getting filtered? The NAPA 1060 anti...

    46" Tires Performance

date codes are 4 digits now a days i.e. 4302 = 43rd week of 2002 Untill this century they were 3 digit i.e. 438 = 43rd week of 1998 or 1988 or 1978 or 1968 or who knows So with the 3 digit you really have no idea how old it is. With the NDCC or NDT's which are bias ply and were designed to last...

'Correct' paint, incorrect tires.. how'd it look?

395's were never correct for a Deuce. Do 'er up in that '70's paint, & put your tire of choice on. I was considering Vietnam era green for it, no yellow though.

    46" Tires Performance

Oops, those were MLVW wheels, I guess a little narrower than the A3 wheels. Here's an A3 with 12.50R20's

Has anyone built a big slide-in "truck" camper for a M35 Deuce?

The solution is so simple.........I don'tknow why it hasn't been mentioned,,,,,,,,,, Just buy a M35A2 and a M109A3 & then you don't need to fab up a big ole stand or buy expensive jack system. [thumbzup]

    Missing a plug here?

Should of looked in the -10 TM ;-)
  20. Bob H

How do I know If my M35A2 is still a multifuel?

Usually if the FDC is bypassed, there will be stickers stating such on the oil filter housings, bypass lines visable. and "Diesel Fuel Only " stenciled on the fuel tank. I bet there is a pic on here somewhere showing what it looks like.
