ha.. oops I think we all done stuff like that before. o well at least is was not the engine block like my BRAND new Harley in 2003.... i had a switch replaced and the 17 yo tech drove it right up in the block and split the case wide open...... 6 months later i had a new number stamped case...

there is no need to start it every week or what not. A good trick is to take off the air cleaner and place a ATF soaked rag over the hole and put the air cleaner back on... disconnect the red wire off the injection pump so it can not be started...

sorry to tell you but even summer diesel wont jell till way below 0 and winter wont jell till -20* or so. I would plug in the block heater and give it a shot again but for sure its not jelled fuel.
i just took my dash out and all the gauges and wahsed her out with the hose and put a fan in there over night to dry it out.. and I did not just blast everyting... I was careful not to soak things that did not like water. works but that is about the only thing you can do.
we never balanced them in the Army.. just mounted and go. I have had hit and miss luck with the sand and beads. Really a tire that large its not going to balance out very will.
