If you are getting a Clark Truck refurbished deuce (your avatar pic), It will make a 2000 mile run, just as said before keep it below 2500 rpms.
I have seen what CTP does in there process, many others would claim it to be restored if they did that much work to them.

Pic as they are ready to leave on the 150 mile ride home.
Hope it treats you well Jason, enjoy it!
I might be a truck addict
4 Deuces plus a few other MV's, little time, little money.
A new Steel Soldiers member from Michigan was looking for a truck,
so we worked out a trade, I spent the day getting the truck ready for him to pick it up tomorow (Sunday).
Dangit! It's hard to let it...
While I'm sure that the work loads vary @ GL, my 1st ever EUC took 3 weeks

Interesting, on the M890 with blackouts along with the M886 without!
The 700R4 in stock form is Light Duty at best.
It has a lower 1st gear than the TH400 and of course the overdrive.
the 700R4's are prone to heat failures, and cost 3 times what a 400 does to rebuild.

fitz
an add a leaf kit should do the trick
they typically add about 2in
I've done this to several trucks GM & Dodge
JC Whitney has them Rough Country Ô for about $79
Black Out Lights kits were typically installed at unit level by units that were deemed tactical or deployable.

No body has come to steal it. but then again it is a big forest.......................
There is practically a registry right here on SS
Carnac's vin info threads, publicly displaying all sorts of info for the world to see.
More likely a case of I don't want to drive from Detroit to Grayling & back for a picture of one POS truck.............
Don't know, haven't seen Joe since last summer, I have had no trouble on the 4 times I dealt with him.
