GL Employee Damages My M1009 & Insists I Pick It Up

sounds alot better than a bent driveshaft & crushed exhaust from the typical hilo crap. drag link and /or tie rods for what is probably one of the most common vehicles on the road in this country. are not very expensive or hard to replace. Sure GL should know that their bubba is a moron, but...

I am going to look at my first Deuce on Sunday......

Here in Michigan, My 16,000lb M36A2 is not restricted by the MDOT frost laws. The most weight is on the two front tires, yet it is still within the frost law limits. The limits are tighter on the steering axle due to the forces generated when turning corners. on another note, my pad in front...

    880 Noob question

The Data plate is next to that white sticker on the lower steel portion of the dash. That interior shot does indicate that it is a M880 series truck. Which one should be stamped on the Data plate. m880 series trucks were 76 & 77 models year Dodge powerwagons. Dodge had not yet come up with the...

11.00 air psi, up or down?

Lot's of good advise above. My limited experience says your issue was a Deuce with singles pulling one with duals. You might see an improvement if you were to pull the outside rears on the towed truck.

    M35a2 block heater

Same reason 7-11 sells things at twice the price Walmart does. Convenience & service. I don't hold it against him, being frugal (ok, a cheapskate) I searched the world wide web for the best deal. That took time and effort, time is money they say.

    Over before I got started..

commercial is the key word commercial tractor, truck.............. check with a lawyer 1st but that comma between tractor & truck connects truck with commercial. A guys toy is not a commercial vehicle. you should be good to go unless somewhere else it restricts the amount of axles.

I just got back in from under the truck, outside Michigan winter! Anyway, I have still not been able to find anything in print about the the tow bar adapters. Not sure if the UOC means was used on or could have been used on. but the M884 is listed under skid plate and sway bar. As for the adapter plates, if they were for the 2wd drive aka M890, why do they say M880 Adapters on them? Istill have not found anything in print on them. Slow to fill - mud...
