79 was the last year for the 203 full time case.
I have seen pics of mid 80's W300 & W400's Navy & Air Force
The M880/M890 series had the same suspension as the civi W200, Military rated at 1 1/4 ton civi rated at 3/4 ton. 2500lb payload, the DOD took it literally while us civi's apparently...
Forged Aluminum spacers might hold up.
2" of spacer + big azz tires on a fairly heavy truck = a whole lot of stress
I have a pic of a M886 over there too.
4" lift should do it.
I have yet to see humvee rims mounted on an M880 series truck.
I estimate that 2" thick STEEL spacers would do it, do not use aluminum spacers!
I have the 36 in bias plys on the stock 16.5 M880 wheels (M1008 came with 16" wheels).
I have a Rough Country add a leaf up...
Some info on the tow bar adapters, I have a set now, but haven't looked at installing yet.

You will need to use the keyboard " CTRL V" to paste as the forum has the right click & paste disabled.
SShhh! don't tell anyone about the CTRL V thing, cause they'll probably disable that too.
Factory original seat
No Go on an uncracked Glove box door ( Need a reproduction of these)
Yep, those are the towbar adapters, the plates they bolted to are part of the adapter kit.
The military replacement covers were just sewn from a plain vinyl and did not have the pattern of the original. The back and bottom have the same pattern.
Also worth noting, the Dodge Warlock & Lil Red Wagon trucks also could be had with black bench seats,
although I believe they had a...
stock m880 are 6 7/8" wide
Humvees are 8.5 wide ( I thought)
the only factory 8" Dodge wheels (of that era) were the "wagon wheel" style
rim width is measured inside the bead
Bias ply are tubless also, it's just the M880 rims are a bit narrow which makes them ride on the center bead (hazard on wet pavement) and the risk of popping off the bead if you air down.
Thanks for the hot tip! I forgot about the Ranger
Current peacekeepers have 17.5 inch wheels so I doubt this has those.
The Cadillac Gage Ranger (called peacekeeper by the Air Force) of the early 80's.
Likely could be the source.
being a late 70's early 80's design I think they would be 16.5...
Yes I have had it on my hard drive for some time, I was hoping for a full size version. this file is approx 5 x7 @100%
hard to read at best, which is why I would like a clear full size version.
Does it say on that sheet that it was a modified M34 bed?
Or is that a best guess
Check out the right rear wheel in the pic.
Now I'm pretty familiar with the M880 series of trucks, and know it is not original issue.
This wheel is very interesting to me. (read as I want a set of them!!)
Pretty sure it is not a reversed Humvee wheel.
What about the M101A3? They were set up...
