    Saturn Surplus...

Man!, for a $100! I would have rather spent the $100 for that part than the hours fighting in the mud getting one off a parts truck. PS I have NOS tailpipes for $20 + shipping.

Inherited a 77 M880 ... sandy color, registered as NGOUNG

IDLE MIXTURES @ 5.5 TURNS! Carb likely has blockages in it. clear in line fuel filters rarely fill up for some reason Carter BBD, rebuild kits show up on ebay often. Any decent parts guy can get the rebuild kit. Crank pully moving in and out!!!!!!!!!! problem there. 77 Dodge factory service...

sometimes slight and sometimes rough vibration between 44-52mph

One of mine had a vibration / shudder that would oscilate. I found bolts loose on the drive shaft between trans & tc. have not driven it since, but I think that is the cause. (but maybe just the result of the vibration?????????)

    Spindle nut reatainer ring??

Interesting...... the ones on my at least 2 of my trucks have the tabs equally spaced around the whole perimiter. They do not look like the ones in th OD iron link or on Saturn Surplus.

    M880 drive shaft..

Yup! crawled under the parts M882, it still has one. it still moves on it's own, but without brakes or steering, it really doesn't need the drive shaft. $60 & I could pull it out and bring it to the trail ride.

    M880 drive shaft..

I'll assume it's the rear that is bent, as the front one is harder to get with the forks. I believe I have a rear drive shaft I could part with (as long as I have more than one spare).
