JD, I painted my stack 24087. I've had no problems after a year. Doesn't get hot enough to burn it off, unlike a header manifold.

Before cranking it, turn the ignition on. You should be able to hear the intank pump humming. Get a clear pop bottle or something like that and crack open the drain in the fuel filter. Drain the fuel into the bottle until it comes out clean. The running pump will push the fuel out. You would be...
I spliced my auxillary running lights into the 3-way switch. Well not the switch, but the wire at the connector coming out of it. Don't recall the wire number, but a schematic should show it. Works great.
