Methinks someone bought a complete trailer, and along the way pulled the quad mount off the trailer to make a guntruck or M16 halftrack. :) Just a hypothesis.

I bid on that trailer, glad it went to a good home. Those HMMWV trailers are pretty sweet.

If you can get the whole thing running, and it's not too rusty, maybe $5K. If you can't get it running on-site, maybe $2500.
