Methinks someone bought a complete trailer, and along the way pulled the quad mount off the trailer to make a guntruck or M16 halftrack. :) Just a hypothesis.
This 5-ton build is simply freakin' awesome. Now finally those who bid on those Mk17 beds will have something to use them for, unless they happen to have a front end of one laying around.

Soni, is there any way we can get some more detailed pics of the S-250 shelter mounted on the back of the tractor, as well as the trailer your Scorpion is towing in that last block of pics? They look like interesting mods....

That's a pair of pretty MVs, there, Mike. I love the M38. I really miss my old CJ3A, once you own a Willys Jeep, you never go back. Just something about how small, mobile, and just plain cool they are.

Just wanted to send a big "THANKS!" to Jason (peecook) for letting me come on down and pull some parts off a donor M200 genset trailer of his, so that I can complete my M200A3 on this end. He provided the parts to me for free, as long as I helped with some throttle cable work on his M109. Well...
Unless you are licking the gauge face, or glueing a gauge to your forehead, you have nothing to worry about. But it does mean that the items will glow and work as designed.
