If all that is wrong is the transfer is engaging the front, and you have the tools, with 400 miles to go just take the 8 bolts out and put the drive shaft in the back. Even if the truck provides a little more power to the front it is so minimal that you won't notice it.
If you are losing money...
I'm with gimpy on this one. Pulling the spline cap is equal to pulling the front shaft.
The transfer will be in 6x6 mode but won't low to bind because there is no resistance on the front output. It will always go the same speed as the rear.
What part of Louisiana are you stuck in?
Ok just realized that one didn't give the base diameter.

818 but that wouldn't really matter as the fuel, air and other gauges cross between the 800 and 900 series.
Just looking for the diameter of the hole for the small gauges so I know what size I can put in without increasing the hole.
***Answer***
2 1/16 [2.06] (52.4 mm) which comes close to the voltmeter gauge of 2.078 diameter.
***Orignal question***
So I'm ordering some new gauges and I don't have my truck in front of me and can't seem to find this in the threads. Does anyone know what the gauge sizes are if I wanted to...
I brought home several trophies with russian on it, should I be concerned, I mean besides the crap the army subjected me to a little asbestos would be a dream come true, lol
CDL regs, log books...umm no...
I'm a cdl a holder and didn't have to follow fmsca on my trip, not doing it commercially, heck I didn't stop at a single weigh station either.
The seats can get comfortable, the adjust knob right in front allows for firmer or softer. Softer it will sink you into the seat. As far as warm, drivers window down, ventilator knob pushed all the way up and locked and on. Close all the vents except for the one pointed on you, medium worked...
Alright problem solved.
Emailed Boyce equipment last night and he emailed me back.
Hub flip is easy peasy.
Going to get longer studs from napa and flip the hubs.
Another option would be longer studs in the rear and flipping the wheels or use the bud studs.
I just don't know if the bud studs alone over the studs then the wheel on the buds would be good.
