the turbo is a bolt-on, to gain some power with it you will need to turn up the fuel a little in the injector pump.

you can get a little genset that will take up hardly any space at all. the new little honda's are very nice, if you only need to run lights and a sump pump a 2-3Kw unit would more that suffice.
should be the standard bolt size, I think. I dont think that the 24v starters use a different nose, so they should be using the same bolts as the civilian 6.2's

sweet, and take care lifting that thing into place, might want to use a seperate jack on the tcase besides a trans jack. String a chain under it loop it around the frame; that way if it falls , you wont be hurt.

if the fill plug is stripped in the sxle cover, you could take the cover off and drill through the plug and try an easy out (bolt extractor), should come right out. If not you should be able to get a new cover fairly cheap if you just want another stock...
