Run flat just dumps air into the system to keep the tire somewhat inflated during emergency needs. Really helpful when you need to air a completely flat tire.
City ordnance needs to revised, greater than a 1.5 ton rating is a 1500 / 150 or higher.
If you go by weight than most SUVs weigh close to 2 tons and can haul close to 2.5.
City ordnances need to keep up with the times.
Just keep the rubber on the pavement and you should be fine.
It's not a sports car so you don't have to wind it out. Find a comfortable speed and don't worry about pissing people off, I did 50 for over 500 miles, could have cared less who was pissed about having to pass me.
Movement Tracking System, was a satellite based tracking and messaging system. Ran on Windows NT 4.0 and was pretty good for what it needed to do, then we got FBCB2 (Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below).

All my neighbors know I'm crazy enough if they complain they will find their respective cars underneath the truck.
Although, I don't live in a HOA, the chief of police lives down the street, and I'm 3rd generator fire fighter so I'm known well in the town, plus I'm certifiable crazy, lol
