I was born in the backwoods and raised by a bear. I think I could definately go for some shine. I just have to behave myself at the rally since I've been appointed as a safety so my real sippen my have to wait til I get home.

Only partial unit info showing it belonged to an unknown active duty army aviation unit of the...
You might be able to reduce the shift speed by manually shifting at about 2/3 the speed at what it is shifting at. I had mine act up and it worked as a temp fix.
Excellent. You mean they are letting us use it again after making all the ruts? There was some pretty bad mud this year but it was all good. I tried to do as little moving of vehicles as possible.
Thanks again to all that helped me out this year----and there were a bunch (Hawkman, Bill...
There are other posts floating around about trailer rebuilds.
Bottom line is the Army Reserve did a contract to have these trailers rebuilt due to a shortage AT THAT TIME (emphasis added) of the M1101 and M1082 trailers. By the time the contract with multi option years was awarded and the...
Doesn't help cause the sn is lot listed.
Picture 6 is an inventory tag from Equipment Concentration Site 43 which was located at Ft Gillem GA until the base closed last month. I might have a contact number there that maybe I' ll be able to get the info but it'll be awhile and it's not fo...
I have one and it's now off the truck. The cable broke the first time I used it trying to lift 350 pounds.
I redid the hook and since lifted a lot of A3 tires with rims (whatever weight that is).
The teeth then stripped. Now it has a dead spot of 2 or 3 teath that irritates me so I...
Ferro,
Sounds good. They do not have to be 55 gal but I'd say 35 is about the smallest they can use. It has something to do with Army Emergency Relief and some donation game of some type.
Plastic would be preferred since I'm going to carry them to them in a (I hate to say this) civi...
Got a hot one that will be posted on this thread and the GA Rally Info thread. Just had a request dropped in my lap for help in getting drums for a non-profit military centric (always wanted to use that term) charity event. I need 6 good clean drums. Stampy has some plastic ones at his place...

Got ya covered. I back mine all the time. Now on the other hand, I'll let you back the M720 dolly set with 280 shelter on it. That would make backing a 1061 look like childs play.
Heck I one up'd your offer, I said he could sleep with me and the dog in the 280 shelter. Who needs a cabin when you can sleep with us. I will try twisting his arm. His deuce brakes are working. Not sure what happened but they didn't for him but work now.
Uh, no on the grounding rod. I...
I have a bunch of them that I'm taking to the GA rally. If you know someone that is coming, throw them a 10 per shackle (includes pin) and they can get what you need.
I don't ship, sorry.
Thanks MIke.
I was out there last weekend and more fireants have taken up residence. I didn't have the stuff with me to take them out.
I fully understand about backing the dolly. My intent on the recon was to ensure I was good to go. I will have the system out there next weekend before...
Just found out my power distro box is actually a PEU-156/e (6110-01-244-3209). I'm trying to find info on it but have not found the TM or much info on it at all. I saw something on the panel that leads me to believe it is for 3 phase. Not sure if it will handle single phase or not...
