where did you get the drop drag link. I want one for my lift application (m1008) also you forgot to mention how many inches of lift you went with, although guessing by the tire size you want to run I'd venture about 6".
I'm running the dynomax mufflers, although I didn't install a balance pipe. I will be taking measurements with a decibel meter with the mufflers installed before I install the sound insulation in the cab. If anyone is going to change their setup, please get a measurement of sound without any...
Mangus is right, you have it wired corectly. Due to the fact that your wait light still comes on, I would gues that your controller card is still good. Its in the black box under the dash, pull it out and check for burnt chips just to be sure. Be sure that they give you the correct solenoid at...
I agree with the bearings, but you really don't want hte front and rear track to be the same, that way both the front and rear axles can bit into virgin soil and not just the track from the front.
I hav e the part # at home from autozone, will post later today, re the t-case: Its the shift forks and/or the pad on the end of them. cheap part but you have to take the case apart to change them. I have an extra t-case that I would be willing to let go for cheap. PM me
I have what i am pretty sure is a good set in the garage, and a bad set in the truck (mine went and fried the voltage sense transistor on the GP controller card) then I switched it over to the 12v source and found a source for the transistors and fixed my card.
the resistor on mine had died, fried the plugs. I just ended up pulling power from the 12v lug on the firewall, it puts more stress on the front battery although it shouldn't be enough to make a difference.
the us decided to stick with the humvee over these, a lot of nato countries are isung these trucks. There is also a regular pickup model. I even saw one for sale on ebay a while ago. you can order one from GM minus a few of the mil-spec options (like the blackout lights).
yup, I left about 3ft of pipe after the manifolds. The mufflers that were on it were messed up and to top it off, I discovered that they were directional and they were put on backwards. Plus they said QUIET on them. ;)
