THATS WHY YOU NEVER PUT THE TRANS IN NEUTRAL WHEN TOWING! You only put the transfer case in Neutral. Having said that, I towed my M1008 800 miles with out dropping the drive shaft. Bad Idea, I cooked the transfer case to the point of boiling the ATF out of it. I took the shaft out and finished...
I have a parts truck for sale its all there.. with a box of NOS parts and just a ton of stuff. 800 $ and its in Wisconsin. Even has a PTO, good engine and trans.
well try the relay. Jump it with a screw driver. if she turns over you know you might have a relay problem.. also look at the push button switch.. mine took a dump and I had to replace it.
ez way to tell is if the tip of the injector (at the brake point) is black.. if so that plug has been broken for some time and the engine ate it. If you took the injector out and its no place your safe. I would still use a shop vac and give it a suck just to make sure.
